We believe “all Scripture is inspired by God” and without error (2 Timothy 3:16a). We believe the Bible is infallible and the only Word of God, spoken to men through the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:20-21).

We believe God has always existed and “in the beginning, [He] created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1; John 1:1-3). We believe He has, is, and will live eternally as three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:26; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19-20; Ephesians 4:4-5).

We believe Jesus was the Son of God (Matthew 1:18; Luke 1:35) and was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:25). We believe He lived a sinless life (2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15) and died for the sins of all mankind in order that mankind might be saved (John 3:17). We believe Jesus is “the Way, the Truth, and the life”; and that no one can come to God except through Jesus (John 14:6). We believe He will reign forever (1 Timothy 6:13-16; Philippians 2:9-11).

We believe the Father sent His Spirit to indwell within us (John 14:16-17). We believe the Spirit convicts the world of sin (John 16:7-11). We believe we live each day walking in the Spirit (Galatians 5:25).

We believe our battles are “not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12). For this reason, we believe we are to “put on the full armor of the Lord” daily (Ephesians 6:11).

We believe mankind was created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), but through Adam’s sin, the entire human race was separated from God (Genesis 1:17-19; Romans 5:12). We believe mankind is totally depraved and all men have “fallen short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

We believe salvation is a free gift from God and our salvation is through faith alone and not by works (Ephesians 2:8-9). We believe Christ paid the price for our sin through His precious blood and that He was buried and God raised Him again on the third day after His crucifixion (1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Matthew 27:35, 28:5-7). We believe those who repent of their sin and trust Christ as their only Savior are “born again” and inherit the Kingdom of God (John 3:3).

We believe the “wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life” (Romans 6:23). We believe God’s power can be clearly seen and no man is without excuse not to know God (Romans 1:20). We believe those who reject Christ will be eternally separated from God in the lake of fire, otherwise known as hell (Revelation 20:15). We believe God grants eternal life to those who follow Him (John 10:27). We believe those with eternal life will never perish and no one will be able to snatch us out of God’s hands (John 10:28-29). We believe anyone who asks for salvation shall receive it and “certainly not [be] cast out” (John 6:37). Upon accepting Christ as Savior, no one is condemned through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1) and nothing will ever be able to separate us from the love of God (Romans 8:38-39). We believe it is a privilege to have such an assurance of salvation and this does not give us the right to use our freedom in Christ for occasions to sin (Galatians 5:13).
